A warm introduction.
Hello, my name is Tian. I am the founder of CareBears & Co, a babysitting service based in South London.
I started CareBears & Co because I enjoy working with children, helping them achieve their milestones and watching them grow. I have seven years of experience caring for children aged 2+, including working in nurseries, babysitting and nannying, as well as coming from a huge family. I have a Level 2 childcare qualification, an enhanced DBS check and first-aid training.
I enjoy making time with children fun by doing a variety of activities to keep their minds stimulated, telling stories, planning day trips and engaging in fun conversations, while also respecting each family’s preferences and routines.
My aim is for children to feel heard, comfortable and cared for, while parents feel confident about who they are trusting to look after their little ones!

Can I read about your experience and checks?
I have seven years of experience caring for children aged 2+, including babysitting, nannying and working in nurseries. You can read more in my introduction.
Documents available to view on request.
My documents include paediatric first-aid training records and a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner end-point assessment record of achievement with a Distinction. My previous paediatric first-aid award expired in April 2026.
I also have an enhanced DBS check, available to view on request.
